Survey helps HR professionals share their experiences!
Being in the Human Resources (HR) field has its share of challenges, as HR professionals work to balance the needs of employers and employees. Responsibilities can change by the day, hour, or company. If you’ve ever wondered if you are the only one struggling with a specific set of challenges, now is your chance to find out.
J. J. Keller® Center for Market Insights is currently working on its first study of HR trends called the 2025 HR Professionals’ Experience. Sharing your insights with others could also help those with similar experiences. Like an online networking event!
The 2025 HR Professionals Experience research covers a wide range of topics, including:
- Navigating the intersection of federal, state, and local laws;
- Recruiting and hiring;
- Marijuana testing;
- Immigration/employment verification;
- Employee training;
- Employee relations/engagement;
- Remote work;
- Pay/compensation;
- Benefits administration;
- Leave/FMLA;
- Labor law postings/employee notices; and
- Discipline/termination.
The research runs from February 19 through February 28, and results will be shared with the public through several platforms.
