Department of Transportation (DOT) drug tests require laboratory testing for the following five classes of drugs:
- Marijuana
- Cocaine
- Opioids
- Amphetamines
- Phencyclidine (PCP)
DOT alcohol tests identify alcohol concentration of 0.02 and greater.
