Incorporation by reference
The following editions have been incorporated by reference (IBR) into the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR):
Explosives must be classified as unstable explosives or shall be assigned to one of the six divisions identified in B.1.2 in accordance with the three step procedure in Part I of the UN ST/SG/AC.10. Flammability shall be determined by tests or by calculation in accordance with ISO 10156.
