There are no state-wide laws regarding pay transparency in Delaware.
Salary history
In Delaware, it is illegal for employers to seek the compensation history of job applicants, or to screen applicants based on their salary history. Employers may ask about an applicant’s salary history only after an offer of employment (including compensation terms) has been made, for the purpose of confirming the applicant’s compensation history.
