No. Each establishment with its own 300 Log must have its own summary. The summary gives workers information about the number and type of injuries where they work, not the numbers for the whole company.
However, the rule does an employer to combine short-term work locations (in operation for less than one year) on one 300 Log. If several short-term establishments are included on one log, the employer may prepare one summary from that log.
