Oklahoma has adopted Part 395 of the Federal Regulations.
Part 395 applies to intrastate drivers of vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating or gross combination weight rating, or a gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight in excess of 26,000 pounds, or transporting hazardous materials requiring the vehicle to be placarded.
Oklahoma has adopted the electronic logging device (ELD) requirements in Part 395 for intrastate motor carriers and drivers.
