Federal regulations
Oklahoma has adopted Part 395 of the Federal Regulations.
Applicability
Part 395 applies to intrastate drivers of vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating or gross combination weight rating, or a gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight of 26,001 pounds or more, or transporting hazardous materials requiring the vehicle to be placarded.
Electronic logging device (ELD)
Oklahoma has adopted the electronic logging device (ELD) requirements in Part 395 for intrastate motor carriers and drivers.
