After the company installs a UST | Complete and submit a notification form available from the implementing agency. After the company acquires a UST | Complete a notification of ownership change form (available from the implementing agency) | Within 30 days after the company acquires the UST |

When the company suspects a release | Report suspected releases to the implementing agency | Within 24 hours (or another period specified by the implementing agency) |
When the company confirms a release | Report follow-up actions the company plans or has taken to correct the damage caused by the UST | Within 20 days (or another period specified by the implementing agency) |
