Who can be a rescuer?

Rescues can be performed by another employee or a professional rescuer so long as at least one rescuer is immediately available onsite and all rescuers are fully trained, familiar with the space and qualified to act as a rescuer. Qualifications include knowledge of and experience working with all hazards associated with rescue and permit space entry operations.
