Although 1903.2 does not specify or require that the notice be posted in a foreign language (e.g., Spanish), OSHA encourages employers that have Spanish-speaking workers to post the English notice (Form 3165) and an additional notice in Spanish. OSHA has published Form 3167 (the Spanish version of Form 3165) for this purpose.
