What records must be maintained to comply with the Occupational Exposure to Hazardous Chemicals in Laboratories standard?

Employers are required to maintain an accurate record of measurements taken to monitor employee exposures and any medical consultation and examinations including tests or written opinions required by the standard. Employers must also comply with the requirements of 1910.1020(d)(1)(i) to preserve and maintain employee medical records for at least the duration of employment plus thirty (30) years.
