There are no required written plans that mandate names of an individual(s) be included. There are, however, OSHA requirements that call for the designation of the responsible person. In this case, an employer could use the job title, the name, or both. Keep in mind that by using a job title, the plan won’t necessarily have to be updated when someone leaves or is replaced.
