State Child Labor Laws: The Child Labor law requires certificates of employment and age for minors under 18 years old. The law restricts hours of work and prohibits employment in hazardous occupations. A minor under 14 years of age may work in theatrical employment or in coffee harvesting when conditions meet the regulation's requirements.

State Minimum Wage: Effective January 1, 2018, the minimum wage will is $10.10 per hour.
