Summary

This EPA fact sheet provides information for persons who may be subject to the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule about regulatory reporting thresholds that are applicable to the 2020 reporting period. For 2020, manufacturers must consider production volume from 2016 – 2019 as well as the effect of certain actions under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) on certain reporting thresholds when determining whether they need to report.
