Carrier Compliance (of Transport Services) administers transport permits, conducts mechanical and driver inspections, and undertakes mobile weight, dimensions, and commercial driver hours of service enforcement activities throughout the Yukon.

The administrative office is located at the Whitehorse Weigh Station. Carrier Compliance operates from two 24-hour weigh stations at Watson Lake and Whitehorse, with two additional weigh stations in operation on a periodic basis at Haines Junction and Cassiar Junction.
