A summary of the state Tier II submission requirements includes the following:
- Fees — May apply.
- Form required — E-Plan.
- Reporting agency — Tennessee Emergency Response Commission.
- Electronic submission — Required for state. Contact Local Emergency Planning Committee and fire department to find out if they require hard copy. You may print a hard copy(ies) from E-Plan.
