The Minister shall appoint an officer of the Ministry to be the Director of Vehicle Inspection Standards for purposes of sections 88 to 100. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 89.

Note: On a day to be named by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor, section 89 is repealed. (See: 2015, c. 14, s. 30)
