28. (1) An operator shall monitor each driver's compliance with this Regulation. O. Reg. 555/06, s. 28 (1).

28. (2) If an operator determines that a driver has failed to comply with any provision of this Regulation, the operator shall record the details of the non-compliance and of the remedial action taken by the operator in response to it. O. Reg. 555/06, s. 28 (2).
