Highway Traffic Act
Part IX: Rate of Speed
Upon the maximum permitted rate of speed in kilometres per hour being marked on the highways or portions thereof affected, the speed limits established under a by-law passed under section 128 that are expressed as a rate of speed in miles per hour set out in Column 1 of the Table shall be deemed to be the rate of speed in kilometres per hour set out opposite thereto in Column 2 of the Table.
