Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008

TITLE II--PROHIBITING EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF GENETIC INFORMATION

This title takes effect on the date that is 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act.
