This standard covers performance criteria for rollover protective structures of off-road work machines of mass greater than 700 kg that are commonly used in earthmoving, construction, logging, and mining applications (e.g., crawler tractors and loaders, graders, wheel loaders). The standard excludes machines whose use is predominantly in manufacturing plants and/or warehouses.
