Interstate carriers must be registered with the UCR.
All interstate carriers must register their operations in Oregon for the weight mile tax. Mileage is required for all fuels, vehicles over 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight (GVW).
All vehicles entering the state must be registered for the Weight Mile Tax prior to entering Oregon. Temporary passes are available at the ports of entry or at www.oregontruckingonline.com/cf/MCAD/pubMetaEntry/index.cfm.
Vehicles operating in Oregon without a weight receipt are subject to a citation and fine.

Fees
Temporary passes (not to exceed 10 days) – $9 plus mileage tax
