§9-1-27.1: Good Samaritan – Immunity from liability. Provides immunity for those providing aid to victims of anaphylactic shock.
§9-1-34: Administering CPR or AED – Immunity from liability. Provides immunity for those providing aids to victims via CPR or AED, as long as the provider has been trained per the American Heart Association or American National Red Cross.
