While 29 CFR 1910.1030 calls for certain personal protective equipment, waste containers, biohazard labels, and proper decontamination of surfaces, OSHA does not specifically require a “bloodborne pathogens spill response kit,” and OSHA does not require such a kit to be labeled if present in the workplace.
