Use these instructions to help you fill out the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Tier II form. Submission of Tier II form is required under Section 312 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA) and 40 CFR 370. Some states may have more stringent requirements and/or forms. You should contact your state for reporting requirements in your state.
