The primary goal of this document is to help the regulated community comply with the requirements of the CDR rule at 40 CFR 711. This document does not substitute for that rule, nor is it a rule itself. It does not impose legally binding requirements on the regulated community or on the U.S. EPA. CDR submissions are due by the close of the submission period, as defined by 40 CFR 711.20, and must be submitted using e-CDRweb via EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX).
