Reporting work-related fatalities and hospitalizations (29 CFR 1904.39)
An employer must report any work-related fatality within 8 hours or any inpatient hospitalizations, amputations, or losses of an eye within 24 hours, by telephone or in person to Wyoming OSHA after the incident occurs.
