If an employee is no longer working with us, can I share non-DOT drug test results?

Confidentiality provisions don’t end with employment. Medical records of former employees still need to be kept confidential. This is why medical records should be kept separate from the general personnel file. If they are mixed with the file, the entire file becomes confidential (which could create problems for non-authorized persons who need the personnel information).
