How often must drip pads be inspected?

According to 40 CFR 264.574(b)/265.444(b), drip pads must be inspected weekly and after storms. The inspection must assess for:

Deterioration, malfunctions, or improper operation of run-on and run-off control systems;
Leakage in and proper functions of the leak detection system; and
Deterioration and cracking of the drip pad surface.
