In New Hampshire, private employers must reimburse employees for any work-related expenses not already covered by wages, cash advances, or other means. Reimbursements are due within 30 days of an employee submitting proof of purchase for a qualified expense. Reimbursement can include expenses related to working remotely.
State employees are entitled to expense reimbursement related to approved travel necessary to conduct state business.
