Summary of state requirements: Employers must directly provide new employees with information concerning an employee's rights to reasonable accommodation for known limitations related to pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions upon hire. In addition, within 10 days of receiving an employee's notice that she is pregnant, the employer must directly provide information to the employee concerning an employee's rights to reasonable accommodation for known limitations related to pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions.
