Right to be Free of Gender Inequity
Summary of state requirements: Every employer with 50 or more employees, must provide each worker with a written copy of the notification detailing the right to be free of gender inequity or bias in pay, compensation, benefits or other terms or conditions of employment at the time of the worker's hiring; annually, on or before December 31 of each year; and at any time, upon the first request of the worker. The employer shall make the written copy of the notification available to each worker by email delivery, via printed material, as an attachment to an employee manual or policy book, or as a flyer distributed at an employee meeting. It can also be distributed through posting on an Internet or Intranet website if the site can be accessed by all workers and the employer provides notice to workers of its posting. Must be in English and Spanish.

NJFLA Notification
Summary of state requirements: All employers covered by the Family Leave Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11B-1 et seq.), whether or not they have any eligible employees under the act, shall display the official Family Leave Act poster of the Division in places easily visible to all employees. Whenever the poster is modified, the Division shall issue and publicize a public notice consistent with N.J.A.C. 13:1E-4.4 to alert covered employers that a revised poster has been published and is available from the Division.
