Notice of failure to pay premiums
Summary of state requirements: If an employer is the policyholder of a policy of group life or health insurance that covers employees and is unable to pay a premium when due or intends to stop paying premiums, the employer must notify employees 10 days before the coverage will cease.
Employers must conspicuously post the notice at the place of employment or give the notice to employees in a another manner that ensures all employees will receive the information.

Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act
Summary of state requirements: An employer must provide a written or electronic notice to employees stating that they have the right to be free from discriminatory or unlawful employment practices, including the statement that a female employee has a right to a reasonable accommodation for a condition of the employee relating to pregnancy, childbirth, or a related medical condition. This notice must be provided at the time of hire and within ten days of an employee notifying the employer that the employee is pregnant.
