Checking driving records
Information required — Driver’s full name, date of birth and driver license number. The company’s name and address.
Format — Records must be requested by completing form DL-DPPA-1. The form may be obtained from the Division of Motor Vehicles website: https://roar-assets-auto.rbl.ms/documents/15274/DL-DPPA-1.pdf.
Records may also be obtained via the Division of Motor Vehicles Online Services: https://www.ncdot.gov/dmv/offices-services/records-reports/Pages/driving-records.aspx.
Fee — $12.75 for an uncertified complete history, $18.00 for a certified complete history. Fee must accompany request and be payable to the Division of Motor Vehicles.
