Checking driving records
Information Required — Driver’s full name, date of birth and social security number and/or driver’s license number. The company’s name and address, and reason for requesting information.
Format — An "Application of Record Information" (IR 002) is required. It is available via the Department of Motor Vehicles website: www.dmvnv.com/records.htm
A report may also be obtained online at: https://dmv.nv.gov/dlhistory.htm.
Fee — $7.00 per online request. An additional $4.00 to certify the report.

Reading driving records
Driving record reports issued by the state of Nevada indicate violations by code number. Violation codes may be accessed via the Department of Motor Vehicles website: https://roar-assets-auto.rbl.ms/documents/79011/violcodes.pdf.
