Checking driving records

Information Required — Driver license number, driver’s full name, date of birth and Social Security number. The company’s name and address.

Format — All requests for driver history must be submitted on a “Request for Motor Vehicle Record” form. The form may be accessed via the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Department of Public Safety website: https://tinyurl.com/DrivingRecordAL1.
