Starting on January 26, 2013 all GHGRP reporters will have to use e-GGRT to register facilities or suppliers and submit both the Certificate of Representation and annual greenhouse gas (GHG) reports.
Reporters subject only to Subpart LL (Suppliers of Coal-based Liquid Fuels) and/or Subpart MM (Suppliers of Petroleum Products) must use EPA’s Office of Transportation and Air Quality’s (OTAQ) DCFUEL application to submit GHG reports for these subparts until January 26, 2013. Starting on January 26, 2013 subpart LL and MM reporting (both RY2012 submissions as well as revisions to RY2010 or RY2011) will be submitted using the electronic Greenhouse Gas Reporting Tool (e-GGRT). As a result, annual reports for RY2012, for which the opening reporting period will begin in mid-February, must be completed using e-GGRT.
