Nevada has adopted Part 392 of the Federal Regulations.
Part 392 applies to intrastate vehicles with a gross vehicle weight, gross vehicle weight rating, gross combination weight rating, or gross combination weight of 26,001 or more pounds, or any vehicle transporting hazardous materials as defined in NRS 459.7024.
The engine of a diesel truck or bus may not idle for more than 15 consecutive minutes.
