Some of Tennessee’s additional requirements include:
- Annual refresher training as well as recordkeeping of that training. (Rule 0800-01-09-.07)
- Firefighter protection, which, generally, requires certain coordination between the employer and the fire chief, including the providing of workplace chemical lists and safety data sheets to the fire chief, and requires that the employer post certain signs warning of flammable, poisonous, or radioactive materials. - Workplace chemical lists, which generally, requires employers to compile and maintain such lists and details the information that must be on such lists. (Rule 0800-01-09-.11)
