Title XIV Tariff Provisions
Subtitle A Temporary Duty Suspensions and Reductions
Chapter 1 New Duty Suspension and Reductions
(a) CALENDAR YEARS 2006 AND 2007.-Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading:
| "9902.12.52 | Mixtures of 8(2,6-diethylp- tolyl)-1,2,4,5- tetrahydro-7-oxo-7Hpyrazolo[[ 1,2-d][1,4,5] oxadiazepin-9-yl 2,2- dimethylpropionate ( Pinoxaden) (CAS No. 243973-20-8), acetic acid, [5-chloro-8-quinolinyl] oxy]-, 1-methylhexyl ester ( Cloquintocet) (CAS No. 99607-70-2) and application adjuvants (provided for in subheading 3808.30.15) | Free | No change | No change | On or before 12/31/2009". |
(b) CALENDAR YEARS 2008 AND 2009.-
(b)(1) IN GENERAL.- Heading 9902.12.52, as added by subsection (a), is further amended-
(b)(1)(A) by striking"Free"and inserting"1.74%"; and
(b)(1)(B) by striking"On or before 12/31/2007"and inserting"On or before 12/31/2009".
(b)(2) EFFECTIVE DATE.- The amendments made by paragraph (1) shall take effect on January 1, 2008.
