Part II: Permits
In the absence of evidence to the contrary, where no CVOR certificate or lease applicable to a commercial motor vehicle is produced, the holder of the plate portion of the permit for the vehicle shall be deemed to be the operator for the purposes of sections 18 and 20. 2002, c. 18, Sched. P, s. 6.
