Part IX: Rate of Speed

The repeal of the Municipal Act and the resultant amendments to this Act by the Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 2002 do not affect the rates of speed on any highway or the validity of any regulation or by-law passed under section 128 and those rates of speed, regulations and by-laws continue to apply in the same manner as they did on December 31, 2002 until amended or repealed, as the case may be. 2002, c. 17, Sched. C, s. 15 (3).
