Highway Traffic Act
Part II: Permits
Every person carrying goods for any other person for compensation shall obtain and carry the insurance that is required by the regulations and shall ensure that the evidence of the insurance is carried in every commercial motor vehicle of the operator that is being used to transport goods for compensation. 2002, c. 18, Sched. P, s. 11.
Note: On a day to be named by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor, section 23.1 of the Act is repealed. (See: 2015, c. 27, Sched. 7, s. 11)
