Highway Traffic Act
Part II: Permits
(1) Every holder of an IRP cab card issued under subsection 7 (7) shall maintain and preserve the prescribed records for five years after the registration year for which the IRP cab card was issued. 2002, c. 22, s. 98; 2004, c. 31, Sched. 18, s. 1.
Offence
(2) Every person who fails to comply with subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not less than $250 and not more than $20,000. 2002, c. 22, s. 98.
