Federal: 29 CFR 1910.1000 Air contaminants
A summary of the additional requirements includes the following:
- Michigan regulates and provides short-term exposure limits in its table.
- Michigan states that if there is risk of skin exposure to substances listed, employees shall be protected via appropriate personal protective equipment, engineering controls, or work practices.
