29 CFR 1910.67 — Vehicle-mounted elevating and rotating work platforms
OSHA permits states to assume enforcement responsibility for workplace safety and health by adopting a state plan. State plans must be at least as stringent as OSHA protections, rules, and regulations but are often more stringent.
