8.8 (1) A person who has made a follow-up report referred to in section 8.6 must, as soon as possible, notify the Minister of any change to the information referred to in paragraph 8.7(f), (i), (j), (k), (l), (p) or (s) that occurs within one year after the day on which the follow-up report was made.

(2) The person must keep a copy of the report for two years after the day on which it is made.
