4.18 Despite section 4.15, if a road vehicle transporting toxic gases, flammable gases or oxygen, or gases included in Class 2.2, Non-Flammable and Non-toxic Gases, is placarded with the Toxic Gases placard, the following placards are not required to be displayed on the road vehicle:
(a) the Flammable Gases placard;
(b) the Oxidizing Gases placard; and
(c) the Non-Flammable and Non-toxic Gases placard.
