§385.1017 Penalties.

RegSense English Fleet Safety Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), DOT CFR Regulations Fines and penalties - Motor Carrier Focus Area CFR Section Enforcement - DOT Transportation USA

Any motor carrier that the Agency determines to be in violation of this subpart shall be subject to the civil or criminal penalty provisions of 49 U.S.C. 521(b) and applicable regulations.
