RegSense Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), DOT CFR Regulations Transportation CFR Section Operating Authority Fleet Operations Registration English Focus Area Business planning - Motor Carrier USA

Interstate transportation

means transportation described at 49 U.S.C. 13501, and transportation in the United States otherwise exempt from the Secretary’s jurisdiction under 49 U.S.C. 13506(b)(1).

Mexico-domiciled motor carrier

means a motor carrier of property whose principal place of business is located in Mexico.
